Digital Delivery and Fulfillment

No physical products are shipped. Digital media deliverables, including video clips, licensed media content, promotional materials, documentary-related files, or other digital files, are delivered electronically.

Electronic delivery may include email delivery, download links, cloud transfer, online access, customer-specific file delivery, or another digital delivery method agreed with the customer.

Because deliverables are provided digitally, there are no physical shipping fees, postal delivery times, shipping zones, or physical tracking numbers.

Delivery Time

Digital access or digital delivery is normally provided after the payment has been successfully completed and approved, or according to the agreed project, quote, invoice, service request, or customer communication.

Some services, including creative production support, art direction, consulting, project coordination, theatrical or cinematic project support, and specialized consulting, may require a custom delivery timeline depending on the nature and scope of the work.

If a customer does not receive access to the purchased digital content, video clip, licensed media file, or agreed deliverable, or experiences a technical issue with delivery, the customer should contact support so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Payments

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment processors, including Stripe where available. Customers may be able to pay using supported credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Order and Payment Confirmation

After submitting a request or completing a payment, customers may receive an order confirmation, payment confirmation, service confirmation, or project communication by email.

Digital Content and Media Deliverables

Non-Refundable Situations

  • the customer purchased the wrong digital content, service, or media deliverable by mistake and the content has already been delivered or made available;

  • the customer is dissatisfied with the nature, style, artistic direction, subjective value, or creative characteristics of the digital content or professional service after access or delivery has been provided;

  • the customer failed to read the service description, project communication, invoice, quote, or payment reference before purchase;

  • the requested consulting, creative production, art direction, project coordination, or administrative support work has already started or has been completed.

Cancellations

For professional services, creative production services, consulting work, project coordination, and administrative support, cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible by contacting customer support.

If the service has not yet started, the cancellation request may be reviewed and a refund may be issued where appropriate. If the service has already started, has been partially performed, or has been completed, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the work already performed, the agreed scope of work, and applicable law.

European Union Digital Content Notice

Where applicable, consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for certain online purchases. Payment Disputes and Unauthorized Transactions

If a customer believes there is an issue with an order, payment, digital delivery, or service request, the customer is encouraged to contact support first so the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved.

This does not limit any rights the customer may have to contact their payment provider, card issuer, or bank. If a customer believes that a payment was unauthorized or made with a stolen payment card, the customer should contact the card issuer or payment provider. We may also review the transaction and cooperate with the payment processor, card network, or issuing bank where appropriate.
